The new kindergarten in Riehen reflects the imagination, playfulness and lightness of forms and light. As lighting specialists we worked on a consulting mandate for daylight/artificial lighting. In order to create an optimal solution fulfilling the lighting norms and playful ideas we worked in close collaboration with the architects. The classrooms, bedrooms, offices, kitchen, playrooms and wet rooms have a simple, inviting and clear lighting language. The lighting of the building is flexible and offers different lighting scenes according to the use for the young and old.
